The young Indian golfer who hails from humble origins -- his father is a milkman from the village Isra, Haryana-- is ecstatic about his score. He achieved a score of 106 in three rounds, five strokes ahead of two Americans, Justin Dang and Sihan Sandhu as well as Thailand’s Pongsapak Laopakdee, in the 9-10 years boys category at Angel Park.

His parents were also delighted with the news. Jaglan's mother, Anjala Jaglan, in an interview with DB, thanked her son's coach for his performance. "I am very happy that he has come first for the second time, there is one more tournament coming up...I wish that he keeps working hard and winning tournaments. Jaglan started golf at five and practiced in the fields. He has been training under Qureshi since he was seven and already won over 100 tournaments.

Deepika Padukone And Ranbir Kapoor Are Rocking Their First Look From Tamasha

Who wouldn't want to see Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone together on screen again? They're good looking, they clearly have chemistry and they've together made a blockbuster called Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. And now, their latest film together has the potential to be the cherry on their lovely Bollywood cake.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, a director who has given both actors memorable films (Love Aaj Kal with Deepika and Rockstar with Ranbir), Tamasha brings the celebrated on-screen couple back together, and it wouldn't be too far fetched to say that there are steep expectations attached to this film.

However, the "first look" of Tamasha was "leaked" on Mumbai Mirror on Tuesday morning, and may we say, we feel like yawning?

According to the DB report, Ranbir Kapoor plays "a free-spirited nomad who likes to spread happiness, and wanders from place to place," and he bumps into Deepika along the way. When was the last time Ranbir Kapoor teamed up with Deepika and didn't play a "free-spirited nomad"? Bachna Ae Haseenon, check. Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, check.

Keeping the predictability aside, the film is set in the french island Corsica, and revolves around their journey of discovery and love. Corsica has been used as the setting because both characters are fans of the comic series Asterix, which is set in the island too. We can definitely expect the picturesque, Mediterranean setting to add a lovely edge to the film.

Now if only we could say the same about Ranbir-Deepika. Why couldn't Deepika have been the free-spirited nomad? We've certainly seen glimpses of it in Cocktail (incidentally written by Imtiaz Ali) and we know she's an actor capable of taking on diverse roles. On the other hand, there's Ranbir Kapoor who has played this role many times. But he's also done Rocket Singh Salesman of the Year and Rockstar, and has proved that he can experiment.

Meanwhile, there's no mention of this "first look" on Tamasha's Twitter page. We did find another image from the film that doesn't reveal too much either.

Five Ways To Protect Your Password Being Hacked

The more accounts we create, the more passwords we need, the more forgetful we get. We know how easy it is to stick with the same password for all your accounts but don’t do it- it’s a trap! Don’t cut the corners and take the easy way out. The Monkeys have gathered some tips for you to protect your passwords and inevitably your accounts.

1. Length and Strength

You need to make sure your password is long and strong. A minimum of 8 characters is recommended with a mixture of letters (upper case and lower case), numbers, and symbols- if permitted. The more jumbled, the better. And more importantly, remember “Password1” is not a real password just because it meets the above qualifications.

2. Unique New York

You want to make sure your password is as unique as you are. It is often recommended that your password does not contain words found in the English dictionary. You don’t want your password to be easily guessed- like your middle name + your birthday. Try something like S8k&n*klM or 4mF^s@.

3. Security Questions

Security questions are often searchable, meaning, “what’s your mother’s maiden name?” A potential threat can easily search through a few links and photographs and find your mother’s maiden name is ‘Smith.’ Or, “what’s your favorite food?” You may have a whole album on Facebook dedicated to your favorite food. Try answering the security questions with lies or sarcasm, like ‘Brussel sprouts.’ No one will guess your security answer, but make sure you remember it.

4. Have a different password for each account

We’ve learned the best passwords aren’t reused. Oftentimes, if someone can figure out your password to one account, they’ve figured out your password for all your accounts. Instead, try creating different passwords for different accounts. Make sure you don’t forget which password goes to which account (like I often do) by writing them down in a safe place and storing them away from your computer, or try out a password manager like LastPass or KeePass.

5. Reset your passwords and recovery options

We recommend updating your passwords once a year, or twice a year if you feel needed. Make sure you also keep your recovery options updated be it security questions or email addresses. There’s nothing worse than being locked out of an account only to have your password reset email be sent to an email you no longer have access to. More common today, you can also add a phone number to your accounts. You can receive a quick text on how to reset your password.

Amartya Sen Lashes out at Modi Govt accuses extraordinarily large interference in academic institutions

Nobel laureate economist Amartya Sen has lashed out at Modi government accusing it of very large interference to control academic institutions. Sen, in a 4000 word essay to be published in August issue of New York Review of books has particularly given candid opinion about his 'ouster' from Nalanda University and how according to him, the government is trying to control various institutes of repute.

Amartya Sen in an interview to an English daily has spoken out on multiple issues. He has rued at the poor health of the economy and also expressed concern at cuts in health and education budget.

Regarding his removal from Nalanda, Sen said that some members of the board wanted him to carry on, but he stepped aside fearing government may cut funds and he didn't want to be an ineffective leader. But according to Sen, it is not an isolated incident and government has tried to impose its will in several educational institutes. In the interview, Sen cited instances of educational institutes like TIFR, NBT, ICHR- where the government allegedly put academicians perceived closer to them, replacing more worthy individuals.

Sen also mentioned about the fiasco in  both IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay. In IIT Delhi, Director Raghunath Shevgaonkar resigned whereas in IIT Bombay board chairman Anil Kakodkar refused to help government in the future. Sen was also critical of the draft IIM bill, which he says gives direct control to the government instead of effective power.

Sen also was pointed in his criticism saying merely HRD Ministry shouldn't be blamed for the entire 'interference' in academic institutions and the whole government is to be blamed.

The noted economist was also scathing in his opinion about the state of economy under Narendra Modi. Taking a critical view of cut of budget in healthcare, he said that financing public services is a key component to growth, a trick India is missing. Comparing India to China, Sen said that only trying to emulate high growth rate of China is problematic. He said that market economy needs successful public services.

Sen slammed the Land Acquisition bill proposed by the government branding it 'completely wrong'. This fresh salvo from Sen is likely to provide fresh ammunition to opposition parties and critic of Modi government who are already targeting the ruling dispensation on multiple fronts.
